3. Sources of information

We receive personal information directly from you, from authorized representatives, from clients or providers involved in a coordinated engagement, and automatically through the website and its hosting infrastructure. We may also receive business contact information from lawful public or professional sources when relevant to a legitimate business relationship.

4. Purposes of use

5. Disclosure of information

We may disclose relevant personal information to hosting, communications, security, records-management, and other service providers that support our operations; to independent professional providers involved in an authorized engagement; to government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights; and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business. We require recipients to handle information consistently with their role and applicable obligations.

6. Sale, advertising, and browser signals

STENASCO does not sell personal information for monetary consideration and does not use personal information collected through this website for cross-context behavioral advertising. The website therefore does not currently provide a separate Do Not Track response. Where applicable law recognizes a Global Privacy Control or similar universal opt-out signal, we process that signal as required.

7. Retention

We retain personal information for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, administer the relationship, satisfy recordkeeping and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary according to the information, the relationship, and applicable requirements. Information is deleted, anonymized, or securely disposed of when its continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the services involved. These measures support confidentiality, integrity, availability, controlled access, and secure disposal. Every transmission and storage system carries inherent risk, and we review safeguards as our operations evolve.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about disclosure, or withdrawal of consent. You may submit a request to legal@stenasco.com. We may verify identity and authority before completing a request, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

10. International use

STENASCO operates in the United States and may work with people and providers in other countries.
