Website Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of stenasco.com and its content. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. STENASCO LLC (“STENASCO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may update the Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
2. Website purpose
The website presents general information about STENASCO, The Structural Read, business infrastructure, brand and digital-experience systems, intelligent operations and AI systems, development programs, methodologies, intellectual property, resources, and inquiry paths. Website content is provided for general informational and business-development purposes. It does not create a client, fiduciary, professional, agency, partnership, employment, or other service relationship.
3. Separate engagement agreements
Services are provided only under a written agreement accepted by STENASCO and the client. That agreement defines scope, authority, responsibilities, deliverables, providers, fees, confidentiality, risk allocation, and other commercial terms. If these Terms conflict with an executed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for the services it covers.
4. Intellectual property
The website and its design, text, graphics, marks, names, logos, frameworks, methodologies, publications, software concepts, and other materials are owned by STENASCO or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. STENASCO grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for lawful informational purposes.
5. Permitted use
You agree to use the website lawfully and in a manner that preserves its operation, security, and intellectual property. Activities that interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or reproduce protected materials at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate rights are prohibited.
6. Submissions and communications
Information submitted through the website must be accurate and provided with appropriate authority. An inquiry remains a request for conversation until STENASCO accepts an engagement in writing. Please use appropriate care when deciding what confidential or sensitive information to include in an initial inquiry.
7. Third-party resources
The website may reference third-party websites, providers, or resources for convenience or context. Each third party controls its own content, practices, availability, and terms. A reference does not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee, partnership, or assumption of responsibility.
8. Availability and changes
STENASCO may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the website and may correct errors or omissions. We use reasonable care in preparing website content and encourage direct confirmation of information that may affect a business or legal decision.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” STENASCO disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, STENASCO and its officers, personnel, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from website use. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise, disputes arising from these Terms or use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.
12. General provisions
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and Professional-Services Disclosure, constitute the website-use agreement. Questions may be sent to legal@stenasco.com or STENASCO LLC, 584 Castro Street, #2335, San Francisco, California 94114-2512, United States.
