1. STENASCO’s role

STENASCO LLC provides structural diagnostics, business infrastructure, administrative coordination, brand and digital-experience systems, website and digital-product delivery, intelligent operations and AI systems, tailored development programs, operating systems, project management, information organization, and other services defined in a written engagement. Each engagement establishes the applicable scope, deliverables, controls, authority, and responsibilities.

2. Regulated professional services

STENASCO is not a law firm, accounting firm, tax advisory firm, registered-agent service, investment adviser, insurance producer, bank, or other regulated professional practice. Information provided by STENASCO does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Independent professionals

When an engagement requires regulated professional judgment, the work is performed by an appropriately licensed or qualified independent provider. That provider remains responsible for its advice, work product, professional standards, conflicts, licensing, and client relationship. STENASCO may coordinate process and communication within the authority granted by the client.

4. Client decisions and authority

The client retains responsibility for business decisions, approvals, factual accuracy, timely instructions, access, funding, and selection of professional providers. STENASCO acts within the authority and approval structure documented for the engagement.

5. Digital, AI, and development services

Brand, website, digital-product, customer-experience, and development work depends on approved inputs, timely client decisions, third-party systems, and the scope stated in the engagement agreement. AI systems and agents are designed around defined knowledge, permissions, evaluation, human review, escalation, and maintenance. STENASCO does not represent that an automated output is professional advice or that technology eliminates the need for appropriate human judgment.

6. Digital resources and future portal access

Illustrative screens, sample deliverables, diagrams, resources, and demonstrations are identified as such and may not represent a specific client result. Future client-portal access will be governed by separate access controls, privacy terms, and engagement requirements. The public website does not request client credentials or provide access to private client records.

7. No professional relationship through website use

Viewing the website, sending an inquiry, or receiving general information does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, advisory, agency, coaching, employment, or other regulated professional relationship. A service relationship arises only through an applicable written agreement.

8. Engagement documents

Each STENASCO engagement is governed by a written agreement describing the applicable scope, responsibilities, authority, fees, providers, communications, confidentiality, controls, assumptions, and risk allocation. The executed agreement controls the services covered by it.
