CHOOSE THE SUPPORT THAT FITS

Different responsibilities.
Complementary roles.

Your formation provider establishes the entity. Your specialists handle their professional work. STENASCO coordinates the administrative responsibilities around them.

01

A formation or filing provider

A defined transaction: establishing an entity or completing a filing.

Useful when you know the transaction you need and can manage the surrounding responsibilities.

02

An independent professional

Legal, tax, accounting, or other specialist judgment and professional work.

Useful when the question requires the relevant professional qualification.

03

STENASCO

Administrative coordination across records, obligations, provider requests, and owner decisions.

Useful when the work between those relationships needs a defined owner and visible follow-through.

This compares service roles, not named competitors. Individual providers may offer broader or different scopes; compare their written terms with the responsibilities you need covered.

BUILT FROM FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE

A foreign founder.
A system built through experience.

Our focus is Latin America. We welcome owners of any nationality worldwide, subject to applicable U.S. sanctions, legal restrictions, service fit, and provider requirements. Eligibility depends on the parties, ownership, location, and business activity involved.

Alejandro Betancourt has navigated U.S. company setup and administration repeatedly as a foreign founder. STENASCO brings that experience into a defined administrative system.

Identifiable records. Confirmed obligations. Defined authority. Documented approvals. A next owner for each open item.

The experience behind STENASCO

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful answers.

All frequently asked questions
How is STENASCO different from a formation service?

Formation is a defined transaction. STENASCO coordinates the broader administrative foundation and recurring responsibilities: records, confirmed obligations, provider requests, owner approvals, and next actions. A formation provider may remain part of that structure.

Can you work with my existing accountant, attorney, or registered agent?

Yes. Existing providers can remain in place. We establish their roles, information needs, permissions, and handoffs within the engagement. They retain responsibility for their advice and professional work.

What costs are additional?

Government charges, registered-agent services, legal advice, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and other independent-provider fees are identified separately. Applicable taxes, additional entities, historical cleanup, and special projects are specified in the written proposal. Published fees are in USD.

How do we establish fit without a call?

Start with a written brief describing your company and what needs attention. We review it and respond by email with questions, an appropriate entry point, or an explanation of scope. A written proposal establishes deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and terms.

Do you serve founders outside Latin America?

Our focus is Latin America. We welcome owners of any nationality worldwide, subject to applicable U.S. sanctions, legal restrictions, service fit, and provider requirements. Eligibility depends on the parties, ownership, location, and business activity involved.
