Frequently asked questions
Clarity before the next step.
Scope, fees, responsibility, and the written process for getting started.
Who is STENASCO suited to?
International owners, independent professionals, and their advisors who need a clear administrative structure around a U.S. company. The right engagement depends on the company’s stage, existing providers, and coordination needs.
How is STENASCO different from a formation service?
Formation is a defined transaction. STENASCO coordinates the broader administrative foundation and recurring responsibilities: records, confirmed obligations, provider requests, owner approvals, and next actions. A formation provider may remain part of that structure.
Can you work with my existing accountant, attorney, or registered agent?
Yes. Existing providers can remain in place. We establish their roles, information needs, permissions, and handoffs within the engagement. They retain responsibility for their advice and professional work.
What do I receive for the $950 Entity Health Review?
For one entity, you receive a document inventory, administrative gap register, confirmed-obligations calendar, provider/responsibility map, and prioritized next-action plan. The base scope covers up to 30 supplied company records, up to three provider relationships, and one written clarification round.
Does the review include fixing the identified gaps?
The review produces the administrative baseline and next-action plan. Cleanup, filings, access recovery, and other remediation are scoped and priced separately. You can use the findings independently or commission follow-through.
What does START from $2,500 include?
The base scope coordinates one new U.S. entity in one state, up to three provider setup handoffs, and one banking application. The outputs include the setup roadmap, coordination tracker, record index, provider checklist, initial calendar and responsibility matrix, and handover summary. Government and independent-provider charges are additional.
What does OPERATE from $650 per month include?
The base scope covers one entity, up to three existing providers, and up to 10 scheduled administrative items per month, with one routine follow-up per item and one monthly written report. Onboarding is $750 USD. Additional volume and special projects require an agreed scope adjustment.
What costs are additional?
Government charges, registered-agent services, legal advice, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and other independent-provider fees are identified separately. Applicable taxes, additional entities, historical cleanup, and special projects are specified in the written proposal. Published fees are in USD.
Can you help with an existing company?
Yes. Entity Health Review establishes a baseline from the available records. An ongoing engagement can follow once the responsibilities, gaps, and working scope are understood.
Who makes decisions and authorizes actions?
You retain business decisions and reserved approvals. STENASCO acts within documented administrative authority and routes decisions outside that authority to the designated approver. Qualified providers retain responsibility for professional judgment.
How do we establish fit without a call?
Start with a written brief describing your company and what needs attention. We review it and respond by email with questions, an appropriate entry point, or an explanation of scope. A written proposal establishes deliverables, fees, responsibilities, and terms.
Can we work in Spanish?
Yes. You can submit your inquiry and communicate with STENASCO in English or Spanish. Government forms, provider documents, and third-party communications may have their own language requirements.
How do I send the website inquiry?
The form prepares a brief locally in your browser. Review it, open the email draft, and send it from your email app. You can also copy or download the brief. Preparing the brief alone does not send it to STENASCO.
How is sensitive information exchanged?
The initial brief should describe the situation without identification documents, account credentials, or confidential files. Access permissions and appropriate channels for sensitive material are agreed during onboarding.
What if my needs exceed the agreed scope?
We identify the additional work and agree an adjustment or separate proposal before proceeding. The engagement specifies coverage, volume limits, reporting, and the matters reserved for you or your providers.
How long does the work take?
The proposal establishes a completion window or reporting cadence based on the scope and available inputs. Government processing, provider responses, identity checks, and banking decisions create external dependencies that are tracked separately.
Can you guarantee a bank account or a legal or tax outcome?
Banking institutions and government authorities make their own decisions. Qualified professionals remain responsible for specialist advice. STENASCO’s commitment is the administrative work and deliverables agreed in writing.
Where do strategy, branding, websites, and AI services belong?
Those services belong with Smarketing Media. STENASCO focuses on U.S. company infrastructure and administration. The two practices have distinct scopes and written engagements.
How does annual OPERATE billing work?
Base OPERATE is $6,500 USD prepaid for 12 months, plus $750 onboarding. You save $1,300 against 12 monthly payments of $650. Monthly scope limits remain the same. Renewal requires written acceptance. Voluntary early cancellation recalculates completed service periods at the monthly rate agreed at signing, capped at the annual fee paid; after ten completed periods the service refund is zero. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds for the full calculation and service-failure exceptions.
Do you serve founders outside Latin America?
Our focus is Latin America. We welcome owners of any nationality worldwide, subject to applicable U.S. sanctions, legal restrictions, service fit, and provider requirements. Eligibility depends on the parties, ownership, location, and business activity involved.
