Alejandro Betancourt founded STENASCO after repeatedly navigating U.S. company setup and administration as a foreign founder. That firsthand experience became a defined administrative system.

Our focus is Latin America. We welcome owners of any nationality worldwide, subject to applicable U.S. sanctions, legal restrictions, service fit, and provider requirements. Eligibility depends on the parties, ownership, location, and business activity involved.

Alejandro Betancourt has navigated U.S. company setup and administration repeatedly as a foreign founder. STENASCO brings that experience into a defined administrative system.

As a foreign founder, I have had to work through the questions that come with establishing and administering U.S. companies: what applies, which provider handles it, and what remains my responsibility.

After navigating that process repeatedly, I established a system for organizing records, clarifying responsibilities, coordinating providers, and making the next action visible. That system is the foundation of STENASCO.

My aim is to give owners an understandable administrative picture and dependable follow-through, while their business decisions remain theirs.
