Independent providers

Professional judgment stays with the professional.

STENASCO coordinates administrative work around qualified providers whose roles and responsibilities remain distinct.

A clearly assigned role.

Legal, tax, accounting, insurance, banking, and other specialist questions are referred to the appropriate qualified provider. STENASCO’s mandate covers agreed administrative coordination.

An explicit engagement.

Provider selection, professional scope, fees, and required approvals are identified separately. An introduction does not establish a guarantee, endorsement, or automatic professional engagement.

Information shared with authority.

Relevant records and requests are coordinated through agreed channels and permissions. The owner retains reserved decisions, including provider engagement and material changes in scope.
