Scope & authority
A defined mandate.

Authority and access ↗Commercial structure
Fees agreed up front.
Custom proposal. Setup fee + monthly retainer.
Working rhythm
A visible plan.
Scope follows entity count, provider load, activity, approval requirements, exceptions, and reporting. Changes in operating load trigger an agreed scope review.
What follows
The next useful step.
Review the mandate as responsibilities, providers, and the business evolve.
Scope and completion
A defined commitment.
What the published scope covers
The proposal sets entity coverage, provider count, coordination volume, approval limits, response expectations, and reporting cadence. Cross-provider dependencies and exceptions are explicitly included within those limits.
What completion looks like
An operating picture, responsibility matrix, request tracker, and decision register maintained at the agreed cadence, with exceptions routed to the authorized decision-maker.
Separately identified costs
Government charges, registered-agent services, legal advice, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and other independent-provider fees are additional. Applicable taxes, additional entities, historical cleanup, and special projects are identified in the written proposal. All published fees are in USD.

Who makes decisions and authorizes actions?
You retain business decisions and reserved approvals. STENASCO acts within documented administrative authority and routes decisions outside that authority to the designated approver. Qualified providers retain responsibility for professional judgment.
What if my needs exceed the agreed scope?
We identify the additional work and agree an adjustment or separate proposal before proceeding. The engagement specifies coverage, volume limits, reporting, and the matters reserved for you or your providers.
Can you work with my existing accountant, attorney, or registered agent?
Yes. Existing providers can remain in place. We establish their roles, information needs, permissions, and handoffs within the engagement. They retain responsibility for their advice and professional work.
