A defined commitment.
What the published scope covers
The base engagement covers one entity, up to three existing providers, and up to 10 scheduled administrative items per month. It includes one routine follow-up per item and one monthly written report. Additional work requires an agreed scope adjustment.
What completion looks like
Each month, the agreed schedule and records are updated and a written report identifies completed work, open items, dependencies, and actions requiring the owner.
Separately identified costs
Government charges, registered-agent services, legal advice, bookkeeping, tax preparation, and other independent-provider fees are additional. Applicable taxes, additional entities, historical cleanup, and special projects are identified in the written proposal. All published fees are in USD.

How does annual OPERATE billing work?
Base OPERATE is $6,500 USD prepaid for 12 months, plus $750 onboarding. You save $1,300 against 12 monthly payments of $650. Monthly scope limits remain the same. Renewal requires written acceptance. Voluntary early cancellation recalculates completed service periods at the monthly rate agreed at signing, capped at the annual fee paid; after ten completed periods the service refund is zero. See Billing, Cancellation & Refunds for the full calculation and service-failure exceptions.
What does OPERATE from $650 per month include?
The base scope covers one entity, up to three existing providers, and up to 10 scheduled administrative items per month, with one routine follow-up per item and one monthly written report. Onboarding is $750 USD. Additional volume and special projects require an agreed scope adjustment.
What if my needs exceed the agreed scope?
We identify the additional work and agree an adjustment or separate proposal before proceeding. The engagement specifies coverage, volume limits, reporting, and the matters reserved for you or your providers.
Can you work with my existing accountant, attorney, or registered agent?
Yes. Existing providers can remain in place. We establish their roles, information needs, permissions, and handoffs within the engagement. They retain responsibility for their advice and professional work.
